Front connectors for attaching PLASTIKON insulating materials.
It is a group of products designed for the purposes of strike fixing of hard and soft insulating materials, that is polystyrene, mineral wool in BSO systems technology as the mechanic connector used as an additional support whilst fixing with the use of adhesive mortar.

A - special, reinforced and stepped body structure of the connector (which ensures adequate stiffness)

B - additional strengthening of the upper plate

C - wide anchorage area

D - specially designed insets of the upper plate (in order to improve the adhesion of mortar)

E - marking of the area of minimum anchoring

F - clear marking of the manufacturer and size of the connector on the external part of the plate (for the purposes of easy identification of its size after embedding it in the wall)

G - rigid expanding mandrel (glass fiber reinforced polyamide), it is possible to mount the expanding mandrel in any hole of the plate

H - body of the connector is made of specially chosen surge polypropylene of appropriately selected coloring (in order to ensure better covering with the use of adhesive mortar)

  • Reinforced and non-reinforced concrete of at least C12/15 class according to PN-EN 206-1:2003
  • "A" functional category, solid brick according to EN 771-1:2006
  • "B" functional category, sand-lime brick of at least 7,5 class according to PN-EN 771-2:2006
