Injection Moulds
Taking into account rubber injection techonology, these moulds are characterised by the high production regimen and resistance to high pressure and temperatures. These tools are produced maintaining heightened care in their production. The appropriate selection of materials guarantees durability.
The moulds are designed using specialised spatial design programmes simulating the injection and machining process (see design section).
Compression Moulds
Moulds produced by us are characterised firstly by mechanical durability that is resistant to compression and high temperatures.
These two factors are decisive in the durability of tools produced.
The use of appropriate and tested materials guarantees many years of work with tools produced by us.
We produce both small volume moulds requiring a large degree of precision and exact area as well as large volume moulds with a mass of several tonnes.
We conduct repairs and upgrading of tools produced by our company as those delivered to us by our clients.
